What happens when world-class agency talent pairs with disruptive local startups?
Since its inception in 2015, the SapientNitro Startup Initiative, aka The Hit Squad, has crowd funded over $350,000 dollars for hot Boston startups, and created multiple award-winning creative campaigns. Unlike other agency programs that provide work for equity, the Hit Squad is unique in that it costs the startups nothing. So what does Sapient get out of it? The Hit Squad serves as a training program, providing Sapient junior talent the opportunity to flex their creative muscles in the do-or-die start up environment. The program has since become a creative force to be reckoned with in the startup community, providing world class work to companies that might not otherwise be able to afford it with a focus on crowd funding, content, and brand identity systems.
